Description Photo of a street art scene hand-transferred to reclaimed fence wood. Each piece is unique due to the grain and other “imperfections” in the wood and the unpredictable process of the image transfer to wood by hand. While there may be more than one wood transfer of the same image, each finished piece is unique and numbered. Matte varnish for UV-protection. Ready-to hang. Signed and numbered in back, signature “L” on the front. Size: 5.5 x 8.5 inches Number: 1 This photo was taken in an abandoned allotment in Berlin, Germany, in 2012. Everyone had been kicked out of the allotment for it to be replaced by an Autobahn ramp. However, after everyone had to abandon their gardens and garden houses, the allotment just sat there for years – with plants growing wild, graffiti popping up everywhere and a few raves. If this graffiti makes you think of “OK Computer” by Radiohead, then your brain thinks a bit like mine. Thank you to public artists and gardeners for making our world a more interesting place!
