Knoll Mill T700 White Organic Wheat Flour Multipack 10kg

I’m not a super-experienced or adventurous sourdough maker, although I do bake every week. This flour produced a slightly wetter dough than I was used to, but the end product has been great every time. (I add a spoonful of the Diastatic Barley Malt flour to each bake as recommended above. I don’t know if it makes a difference, but it does make me feel like I know what I’m doing.) Delivery was quick, little waste on packaging, and I am just about to order again.
