I’ve managed to lose my peace pebble, so this week I treated myself to a new one that now lives in my pocket. I find it really helpful when I’m thinking something through, feeling a bit unsettled, or during meditation, it gives me something physical to focus on, a bit like a fidget spinner for grown-ups. Smooth, calming and oddly comforting, it’s a small reminder to pause, breathe and come back to the present moment.
