Glycerin Soap is safe both for consumers and for involved professionals (e.g. beauticians, masseurs etc.). Glycerin Soap meet internal standard and are manufactured according to recipe, specification and the technological significance of internal regulations approved in the prescribed manner of compliance with sanitary rules and Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia regulation №. 354 of 20 April 2004: “Essential requirements for cosmetic products, their labeling and order compliance with their oversight” and, accordingly, to the European Directives 76/768/EES of July 27, 1976 and 93/35 EEC of 14 June 1993.Glycerin Soap are not tested on animals. The careful selection of ingredients, packing and adherence to the rules GMP is guaranteed for the safety of the finished product. Cosmetic ingredients for Glycerin Soap are mostly natural origin and have MSDS according to Regulation (EC) Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH), Article 31, and Regulation (EC) Nr. 453/2010. Other ingredients (perfume compositions from manufacturers Payan Bertrand S.A. (France) and Düllberg Konzentra GmbH (Germany) are mixtures of natural and/or synthetic origin. All perfume compositions conform to the annex I and the latest IFRA guidelines (Amendment Nr. 39) for cosmetic applications (safety evaluations are provided by the suppliers). Glycerin Soap is packed in transparent polymer film (from materials designed for direct contact with food). Glycerin Soap are not affected by the GMO problem. Therefore this product does not need to be labeled with regards to any genetic modification as per the new GMO Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. TSE/BSE risk: Glycerin Soap cosmetic ingredients are vegetable origin. No animal origin ingredients are used in cosmetic product. During production, storage and transportation there is no contact with any animal material and cross contamination is excluded. Therefore the requirements of Comm. Direc. 1999/82/EEC, CPMP/BWP/1230/98, Ph.Eur.Suppl. 2000:5.2.8 is not applicable.
